MY STORY
Since 2016, Laine Flores has studied the relationship between brain and body, using an integrated approach to create engaging performances and tell diverse stories.
Laine’s fight choreography has now been featured in Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway, and community theaters around NYC, as well as at the New York Renaissance Faire in Tuxedo, NY. She has also worked for several years as a Teaching Assistant and Associate Instructor at The Philadelphia Stage Combat Workshop.
From the classroom to the stage, Laine aims to embrace flexibility, creativity, and accessibility in her work, bringing a playful spirit to the art of staged violence. Whether performers approach their work from the outside, in, or the inside, out, she is eager and ready to support them in finding their on-ramp to the mind-body loop.
